Residents of studios180 have access to a brand new fitness center with treadmills, weights, and more. If you’re looking to shake up your fitness routine, here are five apps and resources you can use to make the most out of your next workout in the gym.

Obé Fitness

Obé is an online platform that streams live and on-demand classes from New York City. Options include dance cardio, yoga sculpt, pilates, and more. Plus, it’s less than $30 per month to be a member, and you can test it out using the free seven-day trial period.

Couch to 5K

If you want to take up running, C25K is the app for you. Whether you’re hitting the pavement outside or taking advantage of the treadmills in the fitness center, this program will help you design a realistic running schedule. You’ll alternate between running and walking until you build enough strength over the course of eight weeks to run a full 5K.

Chloe Ting

Chloe Ting has several free workout programs and challenges available on her website. Most of them don’t require any equipment, but there are plenty of weights and dumbbells available in the studios180 fitness center for the exercises that do.

Nike Training Club

The Nike Training Club app features expertly-designed workouts for people of all fitness levels, including yoga sessions, cardio and HIT exercises, strength training, and more. New workouts, ranging from 15 to 60 minutes each, are released each month. The app also has nutrition tips, recovery techniques, and information about mindfulness and sleeping habits.

This app has thousands of workouts and programs created and guided by certified trainers. Users input their goals to discover options they’ll love. Aaptiv has audio-based instructions, so you don’t have to stare at your phone while working out. Plus, the brand has a free magazine on their website that’s full of healthy lifestyle tips.
